So, exploring the aluminium connection… one prevention method which could help, would be to eliminate foods which have high aluminium content!
You see the logic?
So we’re talking about foods such as salt, chewing gum, chocolate drinks and chocolate cakes.
I know… it’s a shame about the chocolate!
Now, it may be wise not to use aluminium in the preparation of your food, so chuck out your aluminium cookware and don’t use aluminium foil to store food in…
On the subject of using aluminium foil to store foods… try not to buy foods which come in aluminium packaging such as cans and tins and I’m afraid, even takeaway food!
More Oily Fish
Another aspect which came to light in research studies of Alzheimer’s patients was the ratio of a diet which is high in calories and saturated fats and low in fish oil…
So, it would be a good idea to eat less saturated fats and high calorie foods and consume more oily fish…

So there you have it, banish all things aluminium from your life, cut down on the saturated fats and junk food, eat more oily fish and try omega-3 fish oil, choline and lecithin supplements.
