So, what natural ways can help you beat your IBS diarrhoea?
Well, first you need to keep a food dairy to discover what exact IBS trigger foods are causing your diarrhoea…
I know… what a pain!
But you really need to do this step to discover your exact diarrhoea causing trigger foods and then eliminate them from your diet.

OK, so now we have hopefully reduced some of your IBS-D, but are there any supplements which can help?
Yes is the simply answer…
There’s psyllium which can help by absorbing excessive fluid in your bowel, there’s also calcium which can bind your stools and also absorbs excessive fluid in your bowel and to a lesser extent there’s extract of artichoke and chamomile which can help to reduce your diarrhoea.

Remember, if you suffer from diarrhoea a lot, replace those lost fluids by drinking lots of water…
Make sure it’s room temperature still mineral water… as fizzy and cold water can trigger your IBS symptoms!
