Well, this is a quick run down on how to do exactly that!
Spoilsport!
OK, I’m going to be a bit of a spoilsport here… because you will need to cut down on fried foods and saturated fats to improve your acne.
If your diet is high in these types of foods, then you’re more likely to suffer from blocked pores… which can lead to acne!
OK, so fried foods and saturated fats are a ‘no-no’ for the acne sufferer, but what can you eat to help improve your acne?
The Way To Go…
Well a diet full of fruit, vegetables and whole foods is the way to go, plus plenty of water… at least a litre a day!
Now, eggs, onions, garlic and oily fish such as mackerel and sardines are all an excellent way to improve your acne…
The Smell Of It!
Eggs, onions and garlic have a high content of the essential mineral sulphur… which is needed for healthy skin.
Oily fish such as mackerel and sardines have a high content of essential fatty acids (EFAs) which have strong anti-inflammatory properties…
This makes oily fish ideal for reducing the inflammation caused by your acne!
So there you have it… a brief introduce on how to improve acne naturally!
