Take A Bath

Do you want a quick relief for your prostatitis pain?

Why don’t you take a bath?

No, I not suggesting you’re unhygienic… but suggesting you take a sitz bath.

What’s A Sitz Bath?

A sitz bath is a shallow bath, normally enough water to immerse yourself up to your navel.

If you suffer from chronic prostatitis, many natural medicine doctors recommend you take a sitz bath for temporary relief of your symptoms.

In fact, some natural medicine doctors recommend “contrast sitz baths”.

This is when you have one bath with warm water and one with cold water and alternate between the both.

You start with 3 minutes in the warm bath first then jump into the cold one for 30 seconds.

You do this 3 times in each bath tub.

Now, you may see the problem in this… yes you need two bath tubs.

I suppose with a little creative thinking you could find a way around this though.

So, next time you need a little relief from your prostatitis pain… try a sitz bath.
