i am taking fenugreek regularly by soaking some15-20 seeds overnight though sugar isin con trol but loss of weight is very sharp .can fenugreek be the reason

Your sharp loss of weight has got me worried, I think you should make an appointment with your doctor to check that’’s everything is OK… I don”t think this is due to the fenugreek!

If I were to take about two teaspoons of fenugreek powder a day - once in the morning, and once at night - is there any risk of side-effects.
