Now another good way to replace fluids is by drinking chamomile tea…
You see chamomile has anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties which can help to relax your muscles and relive intestinal spasms!
Now, it is possible that your diarrhea is being caused by certain foods… so, instead of what to eat for diarrhea, you may need to look at what not to eat!
What Not To Eat!
OK, so fruit juice, dairy products and prunes can all cause diarrhea, also foods containing the sugars fructose, lactose and sorbitol should be avoided too…
Coffee Junky!
Now, are you a coffee junky?
Well if you are, then you need to cut down on coffee… excessive caffeine can cause diarrhea.
If dairy foods are not causing your diarrhea, then eat natural yoghurt to help replenish the ‘friendly bacteria’ in your gut is a good idea… in fact, taking probiotic supplements would be even better!
On the note of supplements… try pysllium, it works wonders at absorbing excessive fluids in your bowel!
As to what to eat when you have diarrhea… try to keep to simple non-spicy foods, vegetable soup is an excellent choice!
