I provide comprehensive medical care for patients with disorders of the digestive system, encompassing the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. My focus extends to all ages, and I am board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, and fellowship-trained in gastroenterology and hepatology. This specialized training, combined with my extensive experience, allows me to provide the most advanced and effective care. My medical journey began with earning my medical degree from the University of Damascus, and continued with an internship at Metrohealth Medical Center and the University of Damascus. Subsequently, I completed residency training in Gastroenterology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, followed by fellowship training at the University of Tennessee. I am fluent in Arabic and also offer consultations in Spanish. I am Board Certified in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
