She is also the Medical Director and Creator of "Well-Being: A Tribe Planted with Purpose," a 12-week wellness transformation program focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy, nutritional counseling, and fitness training with supportive coaching and team participation. With over 15 years of dedicated experience in Internal Medicine care, she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to her patients and their families. She earned her medical degree from Des Moines University College Of Osteo Med & Surg in 2005 and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
