With over 10 years of dedicated experience in Endocrinological care, Dr. Silva brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to her patients and their families. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University's Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing an internship and residency in Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Endocrinology. She is Board Certified in Diabetes, Metabolism & Endocrinology, Endocrinology, and Internal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Silva's interests are in general Endocrine disorders with a special focus on diabetes mellitus, pre-diabetes, obesity, thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, adrenal, PCOS and gonadal disorders. She continues to further her education, attending annual Endocrinology training and staying abreast of the latest treatments and technologies.
