                          • Acute Congestive Heart Failure: Acute congestive heart failure is a medical emergency where your heart's pumping action is severely compromised, causing a dangerous backup of blood and fluid.
                          • Congestive Heart Failure: Congestive heart failure (CHF) happens when your heart can't pump enough blood to meet your body's needs.
                          • First Degree Heart Block: First-degree heart block is a type of heart rhythm problem where the heart's electrical signals are slightly delayed, but your heart still beats regularly.
                          • Long QT Syndrome: Long QT syndrome is a heart condition that can cause irregular heartbeats, potentially leading to fainting or seizures.
                          • Hypertensive Heart without Failure: Your blood pressure is high, leading to increased workload on your heart, although it's functioning without failure.
                          • Pericarditis: Pericarditis is inflammation of the sac surrounding your heart.
                          • Type 2 Heart Block - Mobitz: This is a specific kind of heart block (Mobitz type 2) where the electrical signals from the top of your heart don't always reach the bottom, leading to a slower heartbeat.
                          • Peripheral Vascular Disease (PAD: Peripheral vascular disease (PAD) affects blood flow to the limbs, potentially causing pain, numbness, or cramping, especially with activity.
                          • Hypertensive Heart Disease: High blood pressure over a long time can weaken and thicken your heart muscle, leading to hypertensive heart disease.
                          • Hypertensive Heart with Failure: You have heart failure, a condition worsened by long-term high blood pressure.
                          • Mitral Valve Disease: Issues with the mitral valve, such as narrowing or leaking, can cause shortness of breath, fatigue, and other symptoms due to impaired blood flow.

                          • Tilt_Testing: During a tilt table test, you'll lie on a table that gradually tilts upright, allowing doctors to observe your body's response to changes in blood flow and identify potential causes of fainting or dizziness.
                          • Tilt Table Testing: During a tilt table test, you'll lie on a table that adjusts to different angles to help doctors determine if changes in your blood pressure or heart rhythm are causing your symptoms.
                          • Electrophysiological Study: An electrophysiological study helps your doctor understand why you have an abnormal heart rhythm, such as palpitations or fainting spells.
                          • Dobutamine Thallium Stress Test: A dobutamine thallium stress test uses dobutamine to increase your heart rate and thallium to show blood flow to your heart muscle, helping doctors identify blockages.
                          • Cardiac Imaging: These imaging techniques help doctors assess the size, shape, and function of your heart and blood vessels.
                          • Cardiac Catheterization (incl. Coronary Angiography): During a cardiac catheterization, doctors can visualize your heart's blood vessels to diagnose conditions like coronary artery disease.

What is the treatment for high cholesterol?
High cholesterol management often starts with dietary changes and increased physical activity. If lifestyle modifications aren't sufficient, Dr. Singh may prescribe medications like statins to effectively lower cholesterol levels and reduce cardiovascular risk.
