With over 25 years of dedicated experience in Cardiovascular care, Dr. Obregon brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to his patients and their families. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, and Board Certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and Board Certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Obregon holds a medical degree from Pontifical University Javeriana S Med, completed an internship at Albert Einstein College Of Medicine, and completed his residency in Cardiology at Albert Einstein College Of Medicine. His fellowship training includes Cardiovascular Diseases specializing in Diagnostic and Electrophysiology and Radiofrequency Ablation from Duke University Medical Center and Loma Linda University Medical Center, further deepening his expertise in a specific area of patient health. He joins us from private practice in Fayetteville, NC, bringing his unique skills in General Cardiology and fluency in written and spoken Spanish. Dr. Obregon is currently accepting patients at our Brandon, Sun City, and Tampa offices. Our Mission at Bay Area Cardiology Associates, PA, is to give Compassionate Quality Care to all patients.
