Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, I am a licensed physician, Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. My experience encompasses 18 years as a physician, including primary care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and urgent care. I have seen multiple patient populations as a traveling physician for the last 7 years.
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Internal Medicine care, I bring a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to my patients and their families. I earned my medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University School Of Medicine in 2001, completing an internship at Forum Health/Wrcs in 2002. Following medical school, I undertook residency training in Internal Medicine at Forum Health Western Reserve Care System, graduating in 2005, specializing in the comprehensive medical care of Adults (typically 18 years and older). I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Ilka Nazario offers consultations in Spanish.
