With over 25 years of dedicated experience in Hemato-oncologic care, Dr. Pizzolato brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to his patients and their families. He earned his medical degree from City University Of New York School Of Medicine in 1998 and completed his residency in internal medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, New York, followed by a fellowship in medical oncology/hematology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He is Board Certified in Hematology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and Board Certified in Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. As a triple board-certified hematologist and oncologist at Sylvester, he works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of cancer experts and researchers, focusing on gastrointestinal and genitourinary malignancies. Dr. Pizzolato is committed to providing the best possible care, informed by his extensive clinical research experience and the numerous articles and abstracts he has authored.
