About Dr. Juan Rey, MD
Dr. Juan Rey, MD is a Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and patient-centered care at his clinic in Miramar, FL. He is registered with The Florida Board of Medicine and practices under the Florida Statutes, Title XXXII, Chapter 458 (Medical Practice). I provide comprehensive, continuous healthcare for individuals and families of all ages, addressing a wide range of health concerns. He is currently welcoming new patients and encourages you to call (954) 430-2240 to schedule an appointment. I am gladly accepting patients at any of my offices which are conveniently located throughout Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and soon in West Palm Beach and Boca Raton areas as well. I am business partner with Dr. Ramon Garcia-Septien MD, who specializes in Family Practice/ Sports Medicine and is a pioneer in sports medicine and weight loss for the past 30 years. We work in a team to help promote the best medical care possible for our patients. We practice preventive medicine, and screen for diseases and conditions, before they occur.
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in Family Medicine care, Dr. Rey brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to his patients and their families. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Central Del Caribe in 2007 and completed an internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital University Miami (graduated 2008). Following medical school, he undertook residency training in Family Medicine at Ramon Ruiz Arnau University Hospital (graduated 2015), specializing in the comprehensive medical care of All ages. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Patient care is our top priority at Palm Springs Medical. The best part of our care is that we practice traditional medicine, which is admitting our own patients from our offices to hospitals where we have privileges. We believe many of the problems with the healthcare these days are related to patients being admitted to hospitals with different physicians, then discharged back, which can cause mis-communication, and jeopardize their health. We eliminate these problems and obstacles by admitting our own patients and admit under my care, which is what Internal Medicine does. Dr. Juan Rey is fluent in French and also offers consultations in Spanish.
