With over 30 years of dedicated experience in Family Medicine care, Dr. Kaluza brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to her patients and their families. She earned her medical degree from Poznan University Of Medical Sciences, Poland in 1993, completed an internship at University Fla-Shand Hospital in 1998, and then undertook residency training in Family Medicine at University Fla Shands, specializing in the comprehensive medical care of All ages (2000). She is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Kaluza is a board certified family physician with more than 19 years of experience in primary care and is dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate and comprehensive medical care to her patients. After completing her internship and residency program at University of Florida Health, Jacksonville, she joined one of the systems clinics for 5 years in the capacity of Assistant Clinical Professor. In 2005, she founded Southlake Family Practice where she provided a full range of primary care as a solo physician. Dr. Kaluza strives to eliminate the boundaries of traditional healthcare systems in order to bring patients exceptional care.
