About Dr. Rosabel Bencomo, MD
Dr. Rosabel Bencomo, MD is a Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and patient-centered care at her clinic in Miami, FL. She is registered with The Florida Board of Medicine and practices under the Florida Statutes, Title XXXII, Chapter 458 (Medical Practice). I provide comprehensive, continuous healthcare for individuals and families of all ages, addressing a wide range of health concerns. Dr. Bencomo is currently welcoming new patients, and they are encouraged to call (786) 222-8807 to schedule an appointment.
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in Family Medicine care, Dr. Rosabel Bencomo, MD brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to her patients and their families. She earned her medical degree from the Institute of Superior Medical Science of Havana in 1996 and completed an internship at the Institute of Health Sciences the same year. Dr. Bencomo is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Medicine and affiliated with HCA Florida Kendall Hospital and South Miami Hospital. She is accepting new patients and telehealth appointments. Dr. Bencomo offers consultations in Spanish. I believe the most important thing in a medical office is creating an environment where my patients will feel comfortable. For this reason, I like to make sure they feel welcomed and I inform them of what is best for them, by giving a thorough explanation of whatever treatment they might receive and their medical condition at the moment. However, despite my medical knowledge, I do not impose my opinion on them. I listen to their opinion and concerns and take them into consideration. I was trained in Cuba and completed three years of studies in Family Medicine in the United States. I believe that trust is fundamental to the doctor-patient relationship, and that my patients should feel that working together is key to their well-being, understanding their health condition through my explanations, and knowing that I am available to listen to and clarify any concerns to ensure a speedy recovery or prevent future illnesses or complications.
